Villa della Vista is part of a private condominium of eight units created from a lovely group of traditional farm buildings referred to as "Le Bagnaie".

THE VILLA

The Villa itself is separate from the main attached buildings of the condominium. It is surrounded by its own terrace and private landscaped garden, which provides its guests with both privacy and a choice of sun or shade at all times of the day.
Along with the occupants of the condominium's other seven apartments, the Villa shares the use of a substantial swimming pool & hard tennis court, both overlooking an expansive vista. The pool is 20m in length with solar heating, changing facilities, & various furnished paved levels highly suitable for sun-lounging.

Internally the villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with two fridge-freezers, as well as a working fireplace. On the upper level are three double bedrooms, each with a marble-tiled en-suite bathroom featuring a large open shower.

Situated on a secluded hill top, Le Bagnaie commands outstanding views of the surrounding countryside in the heart of the Chianti Classico wine region.

RATES

Rentals are from £700 to £2,000 per week depending on season.
